I’m at TELUS Digital (formerly WillowTree Digital, acquired by TELUS International in 2023), where I build customer-facing products for major brands — recently a recruiting platform’s authentication flow, before that a US/EU telecom’s design system and a US fast-food chain’s ordering experience. Multi-domain by design. I care about the surfaces customers actually touch: accessible, polished, and measurably better than what came before.
